The principle of regenerative combustion is to use the waste heat recovery device of the regenerative chamber to alternately switch the flue gas and air, so that it flows through the regenerator, so as to recover the sensible heat of the high-temperature flue gas to the greatest extent and increase the temperature of the combustion air. The new type of regenerator uses ceramic balls or honeycomb as the heat regenerator, which greatly improves the heat transfer coefficient and greatly reduces the volume of the regenerator.

The heating furnace is a stepping heating furnace with cantilever roller side feeding and side discharging. The heating furnace is divided into I heating section, II heating section and soaking heat section from the feeding end to the discharge end, and adopts regenerative combustion technology, and the regenerative burner is heated up and down in the I heating section, II heating section and soaking heat section.
